Join our team as a Temporary/Casual Staff member at our Indoor Airgun Shooting Range. We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with weekend availability, excellent people skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences in a social yet professional environment.

Job Description:

• Monitor online bookings closely and ensure the team is always aware of upcoming bookings for the day.
• Assist during kids’ parties, corporate functions, and competitions on the shooting range.
• Greet clients and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Conduct individual client sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and shooting range.
• Provide safety briefings to all clients, individuals, or groups before shooting.
• Enforce strict range protocols with clients.

Requirements:

• Availability to work on weekends.
• Comfortable working in a social yet professional environment and interacting with new people.
• Excellent rapport with children and patience.
• Interest in air guns and centerfire rifles will be advantageous but not required.
• Preferably based in the Northern Suburbs (Stikland).
• Own reliable transportation.
• Hourly wage.
