Patriot www.patriot-outdoors.com was born in January 2020 with the goal to service the South African market with anything shooting related, and specifically focussing on the items we all want but are always hard or impossible to get.

We started with FX airguns as our anchor and the idea was that as soon as we get airgun part well-oiled too add firearms as well.

This necessity came about sooner than originally planned and we have entered into a partnership with Bullet Central for a wholesale supply chain.

Bullet Central USA has over the years built up an enviable reputation in the USA with suppliers and clients. They have also over the years established and immense supply chain with most of the premium brands. Today they are number one in the world in terms of the distribution of BAT Actions, Berger Bullets and other famous products.
One of the most important goals for Patriot is to stock the items that are rarely available in SA, especially catering more for the discerned shooter.

For a start we will be focussing on PRS, NRL, SAHRSA, SA hunters etc. style shooting gear. Other disciplines and hunting to follow.

The first consignment is already ordered and we are proud to say that we will be the sole importers of BAT Machine actions, Impact actions, Micron Precision Dies, Hawkins, Foundation Stocks, ThorroClean, Defiance, Kelbly products, Bartlein Barrels and Bix and Andy triggers. We will be focussing on modular systems with pre-fit barrels. This system will especially work well for South African gun laws where a barrel needs to be licensed.
As previously, we are open for custom orders but we are aiming to always have the popular combinations in stock. For a start we will not stocking a huge variety. My opinion is that it will be better to have the items is stock that might not be your first choice but can work for everyone rather to have 5 options that nobody wants.

We are awaiting our gun-dealer permit and anyone that has applied for a license in the last 14 months will know how slow the wheels turn. We will keep up updated with this progress. That said we are working with other gun-dealers to get firearms into your hands ASAP.

For those that are familiar with our premises in Cape Town, we will be starting to convert our R300 facing unit for full blown retail in the next three months. We are super excited!

As most things worthwhile this venture started out of a passion and love for the sport and service will be the utmost highest on our priority list. We will be sending more details on our fist consignment soon.
