Patriot Indoors Coffee Shop Independent Employee

We are hiring:

We require an independent coffee shop manager to run their own coffee shop within our indoor shooting range. This is a golden opportunity to grow your business with ours and to work together to increase traffic into the venues.

Experience and knowledge:

  • Should be able to make light meals and use a coffee machine
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Focus on excellence and high-quality standards.
  • Proven experience in a coffee shop environment will be advantageous.
  • Marketing experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the day-to-day operations, including opening, and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout the establishment.
  • Cooking and serving clients while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage café expenses, including inventory, and overhead expenses, to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

 

Please note: this job does not provide a salary! You will be running your own coffee shop. We provide you with the space and ask limited rent to cover electricity and water.
