We are hiring:

We require an independent coffee shop manager to run their own coffee shop within our indoor shooting range. This is a golden opportunity to grow your business with ours and to work together to increase traffic into the venues.

Experience and knowledge:

Should be able to make light meals and use a coffee machine
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Team player and positive attitude
Focus on excellence and high-quality standards.
Proven experience in a coffee shop environment will be advantageous.
Marketing experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Run the day-to-day operations, including opening, and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
Cooking and serving clients while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor and manage café expenses, including inventory, and overhead expenses, to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

Please note: this job does not provide a salary! You will be running your own coffee shop. We provide you with the space and ask limited rent to cover electricity and water.
